How do I allow microphone access in Google Chrome?

To answer calls on your computer, you need to allow microphone access in Google Chrome.

If you previously selected Never Allow when Google Chrome asked for microphone access, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the icon next to the website address at the top of Google Chrome.

Step 2: Click Site Settings.

Step 3: Find Microphone and select Allow.

Step 4: Go back to Helpline Software and refresh the page.

Step 5: Click your name in the top-right corner and select Answer on this computer.

That's it! You can now answer calls on your computer.
