Communication workflows are used to manage all callback requests, advanced calls, and advanced chat notifications. If you want to change the users notified about a simple call you can do so by following these instructions.
You can see and edit those workflows as an admin. To change who is on-call, simply follow these instructions, or the video below:
Step 1: Log in
Step 2: Click "Org Settings" from the Menu options
Step 3: Click "Communication Workflows"
Step 4: Select the workflow you want to edit, and click next.
Step 5: Select the step you want to edit, click "Choose Workers" and edit the workers as you see fit:
