There are multiple ways to return a callback request:
Option 1: If you're on-call to return a particular callback request then the system may call you, letting you know that a callback request is pending. When it calls you, all you have to do is Press "1" or say accept to return that call. That's it!
Option 2: If you're not on-call to return a callback request, or need to return the call later, you can do so by following the these steps:
Step 1: Log in. You need to have at least voicemail level permissions.
Step 2: Click "Voicemails Callback Requests" in the menu to navigate to the callbacks and voicemails tab. If you don't see this option then please as an administrator to upgrade your permissions to include "voicemail" access.
Step 3: Select the callback you want to return, and click the arrow to expand that row. Once it's expanded it'll look like this:
Step 4: Click the Dial button, verify that the phone number you have listed in your profile is on, and click the next "Dial" button. Your phone will ring shortly, connecting you to the individual that requested the callback.
