If you're experiencing a bug in one of of the dashboards/portals, then we'll need your console logs in order to debug the issue. You can obtain those by following these instructions:
Step 1: Open a new Chrome browser, and attempt to do whatever it is that you’re not able to do in the app. This may require you to log in, or not, depending on the issue you’re experiencing
Step 2: Download your console logs following these instructions (currently only in Chrome)

- Right Click on website Click Inspect Click the tab named "Console" in the new window that pops up. There will be a list of messages.
- Right click on that, and click Save As.
- If requested, send support the file that you saved in #4 above.
Step 3: Take screenshots showing the the problem: Mac, Windows.
Step 4: Explain what is happening, and how that is different from what you expect to happen. I
