Any admin user can have a static email automatically sent to somebody once they answer a call, WebChat or Text conversation. Just follow the steps below, or the video.
Step 1: Log in to Helpline Software here: https://pwp.helplinesoftware.com/
Step 1: Click the options menu in the top left hand corner, and click "Org Settings".
Step 3: Select the tab named "Automations". You can now edit or create a new automation.
