You can see which hotline was called by selecting the "Called Via" field on the Call Logs. To do so:
Step 1: Click Call Logs
Step 2: From the list of columns in the top left hand corner, select "Called Via"
Step 3: Select the "Called Via" column.
Now, this column will show you which hotline various calls came in to.
Note:
- If you've ported in your hotline you'll see the actual number.
- If you haven't you'll see the "backchannel" number associated to each hotline.
