The quickest way to get the answers you need is by searching the Help Center. Many many staff and advocates use our system daily, and it's likely that the question you have already has a detailed answer in the help center. If you still need help, then keep on reading.
If You Have Access To Support
If you're authorized to access support, you can do so by logging in, going to the options menu, and clicking Support. There you'll be able to submit a support ticket. We'll respond according to our response times.
If You Don't Have Access To Support
If you aren't able to submit a support ticket via the process above then you don't have access to support. After search the Help Center you should
Ask one of your org admins, or one of the users in your organization that have access to support. They can make certain changes that not all admin can, and have a lot of extra info about your org. They're also responsible for keeping the organization in sync about the changes they make as they see fit.
If that individual still has questions, they can submit a support ticket. If it's a new question we'll typically make a new help center article to answer it specifically, so other people can get an answer to that same question more quickly.
