How Do I Stop Receiving Calls During My Shift?

There are two ways to do it:

Method 1 (Texting):

You can mark yourself as unavailable, by texting the phrase "unavailable" to the number that you receive calls from. Don't worry, if you make a typo or text it the wrong thing the robot will reply and explain your options.

This will mark you as unavailable for 24h. The robot will also explain that if you're available sooner then you can just text back "Available" to be marked as available immediately.

Method 2 (Edit Your Profile):

You can mark yourself as unavailable for up to 24 hours by making a change to your profile. Just navigate to your profile, and change your availability as in the animation below.
