Our system tracks all shift requests as audit-able events, and makes this information available for agencies in reports. As a result, you can't "delete" old shift requests. The most you can do is to mark them as "denied".
Note that this will trigger a confirmation email to the requester which informs them that the shift request was denied. You may wish to inform the request, or add a comment into the email giving them some context about your decison.
