You can only log into the system if a staff member at one of our partner agencies created a login for you. They should also have sent you to the following website to login: https://pwp.helplinesoftware.com/ If you access this link, you’ll see a page like this.
Steps

Your login is typically your organization email (eg, @<crisis hotline name.org> and it is locked until you reset your password. To reset your password, click “forgot password”, and follow the instructions on the screen. Once that is done you can login with your new password by typing it in and clicking the “Submit” button.

Reset your password by clicking the link sent to your email. Make sure that you wait a few minutes and that you check your spam folder.

Common Gotchas
- The most common issue is that there was a typo in your email address. Check what email address they used to create an account for you. If it's not the right one, agency admin can just delete the wrong account and create a new one with the correct email address.
- Some organizations have agency-wide rules that filter suspected spam emails, and those rules can sometimes catch password reset emails. If your email address is part of a company then reach out to your IT personnel to see if the password reset email got caught in spam.
